Dr. Greg Kame currently serves as the Interim Director of Missions for the Prince George’s Baptist Association. Before taking this role, Dr. Kame served in different capacities with several Southern Baptist churches affiliated with the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware and was eventually ordained as a Southern Baptist Minister at Jessup Baptist Church Jessup, MD.
He is a native of Cameroon, West Africa where he got saved and eventually responding to God’s call for full time ministry. Before coming to the United States, Dr. Kame served as a Theology Professor in several Colleges in South Africa as well as a Teaching Pastor at Miracle Rock of Ages Baptist Church Pretoria, South Africa.
He holds a Seminary degree from the Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of South Africa. He has also studied as a PhD Research fellow at VU University Amsterdam, the Netherlands as well as a Fellow in the Black Theology and Leadership Institute at Princeton Theological Seminary, New Jersey. Dr. Kame is happily married to Dr. Lena Kame, a Biological Research Scientist, and they both reside in Maryland.
